Preparing students for the future of work is a common goal of both schools and the industry. In an ever-growing area like semiconductors, how could companies help close the gap in education and industry needs, so that young engineers are better trained for their future career? In this episode, Dr. Santosh Kurinec from RIT shares her understanding of building industry-academia bridge.
Dr. Kurinec is a professor of Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and fellow of IEEE and a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences. She has over 120 publications in research journals and conference proceedings.
