JW Insights, the leading information and consulting services on China's semiconductor and ICT industries, plans to hold the 2023 Global Semiconductor Industry Strategy Summit （GSISS） in Macau, China, from April 7th to 8th, and invited international and Chinese analysts and industry experts from well-known semiconductor institutions to share their professional and in-depth insights with industry players. 

An initial list of international guests confirmed to attend the conference include:

More than 20 leading industry analysis institutions are expected to share their professional insights and expertise with their peers during the forum and jointly discuss opportunities and challenges in the new cycle of global semiconductor development.

In recent years, due to the importance of the semiconductor industry and the unprecedented intensification of international geopolitical tensions, major countries and regions have attached the integrated circuit industry to a major strategic level. 

With the impact of Russia-Ukraine war, the disturbance of Covid, the trend of anti-globalization, and the sluggish demand in the consumer electronics market, the growth of the global semiconductor market dropped sharply in 2022. The semiconductor development will enter a period of structural change. Looking forward to 2023, many research institutions predict that the global semiconductor market will decline further.
