Nvidia recently decided to drop the Arm acquisition, marking the end of a $40 billion blockbuster proposal. The deal has attracted tremendous attention and faced various resistance from the industry and regulators since it was announced. Now its failure may raise more concerns. Allen Wu, Chairman and CEO of Arm China, believes large corss-border M&A deals will be more complicated in the future, but there’re still various other ways to collaborate.
