Nasdaq-listed U.S. company Navitas Semiconductor, the industry leader in GaN power ICs, highlighted next-generation power and fast-charging advances at the 2021 Xiaomi Portfolio Demo Day in Beijing recently.

Xiaomi, the 2nd largest mobile phone marker globally, is a user of Navitas Semiconductor products and an investor in the U.S. company.

A press release by Navitas Semiconductor said, "Navitas enjoyed a successful partnership with Xiaomi and was invited to the Demo Day to exhibit GaN power IC solutions and how they could be used in Xiaomi's broad portfolio, including mobile fast chargers, home appliances, tools, and EVs."

Navitas' GaNFast™ power ICs integrate GaN power and drive plus protection and control to deliver simple, small, fast, and efficient performance.

Established in 2014, Navitas began trading recently on the Nasdaq Global Market under 'NVTS' ticker symbols. The company's founder and CEO Gene Sheridan and other co-founders boast more than 200 patents in power semiconductor fields.

The Navistas' co-founders are Dan Kinzer (Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer), Dr. Nick Fichtenbaum (Vice-President of Engineering), Jason Zhang (Vice-President of Applications & Technical Marketing).
