(JW Insights) May 23 -- Chinese IC equipment supplier JSG (晶盛机电) claims that its silicon carbide epitaxial equipment is leading the industry in China in a report for investors on May 22.

JSG's products include equipment for 8-12 inch large silicon wafers, power semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing processes.

Its 8-12 inch large silicon wafer equipment has been localized in production and delivered in batches. Power semiconductor epitaxy equipment and high-temperature furnace tubes have also been provided in batches, said JSG.

The company is working on 12-inch thinning and epitaxy equipment, LPCVD, and others in advanced manufacturing processes.

Headquartered in Shaoxing, eastern China’s Zhejiang Province, JSG was founded in 2006 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012.
