(JW Insights) Nov 2 -- Tsinghua Unigroup(紫光集团), China’s leading chip design company, officially inaugurated the “Unigroup Academy” in Beijing recently, serving as the new corporate university of the Group, according to media reports.
Li Bin, chairman of Tsinghua Unigroup, along with co-presidents Hu Donghui, Wen Bing, and Chen Jie, as well as executive vice presidents Yu Yingtao and Ma Daojie, jointly unveiled the "Unigroup Academy." Li Bin assumed the role of president.
It is reported that as a pivotal force in Tsinghua Unigroup's comprehensive industry chain expansion, the Unigroup Academy will focus on Tsinghua Unigroup's strategic positioning and sustainable development goals, enhancing a culture of continuous improvement.
The academy is committed to establishing an international first-class corporate university platform within 5-10 years, capable of supporting Tsinghua Unigroup's digital economic ecosystem, and cultivating talents who share common values.
In the future, the academy will continuously develop high-quality curriculum systems, case systems, faculty systems, and operational systems, fostering a "positive feedback" model for strategic discussions, talent development, and enterprise operations. This will provide comprehensive support and accelerated momentum for the future development of Tsinghua Unigroup, according to the company.
