Chinese automotive-grade chip maker YT Micro wins Institution-Most-Focused Intelligent Automotive Industry Chain of the Year Award

YT Micro (云途半导体), a Chinese automotive-grade chip startup, won "The Institution-Most-Focused Intelligent Automotive Industry Chain of the Year Award" at the 2023 China Semiconductor Investment Alliance (CSIA) Annual Meeting & China IC Top Award Ceremony held on December 17 in Hefei, eastern China's Anhui Province.

Founded in 2020, YT Micro is based in Suzhou, eastern China's Jiangsu Province. It provides comprehensive and professional automotive-grade chip solutions, covering core areas such as chassis-by-wire, intelligent cockpit, and body control module.

So far, YT Micro has finished developing two major series of products and mass production of 11 model chips and is expected to produce another two series - power domain control and hybrid SoC - by 2023.

YT Micro has established close cooperation with many domestic OEMs and automotive electronic parts manufacturers.

The company has raised five rounds of funding and has been increasing its investment in developing 32-bit automotive-grade microcontrollers (MCUs).

"The Institution-Most-Focused Intelligent Automotive Industry Chain of the Year Award" aims to encourage enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to promote intelligent auto industry chain in the past year.

Five companies won the award this year. Other winners include:

Geehy (极海半导体),

TINYCHIP (泰矽微), and

CVA Chip (曦华科技).
