(JW Insights) May 11 -- Yudian Automation Technology (宇电), a leading photovoltaic (PV) equipment supplier, launched a cascade temperature controller for semiconductor equipment, which has successfully passed verification from a leading PV company, JW Insights learned.
Yudian's AI-8 temperature controller, which was introduced to the PV manufacturing market last year, is the only domestic product to pass verification in the PV semiconductor market.
Its controller has proven to be a reliable and effective domestic alternative to overseas products, with end-user testing showing that it outperforms imported brands in terms of ease of calibration, stable temperature control, and photovoltaic yield rates, according to the company.
Yudian's AI-8 temperature controller features high precision, low temperature drift, and energy efficiency. Utilizing the company's new generation 24-bit customized A/D chip and AI-based PID algorithm, the controller offers measurement accuracy options ranging from 0.05 to 0.2. It has strong anti-interference capability and high reliability.
The company's AI automatic calibration technology simplifies the calibration process and enables the controller to handle complex control objects with ease, surpassing imported serial temperature controllers in terms of control algorithms.
Founded in 1998, Yudian Automation Technology produces 1.6 million intelligent temperature control instruments annually, which are utilized across more than one hundred industries such as electric furnace, new energy, chemical, semiconductor equipment and superconductive materials. The company has two industrial plants, covering an area of 10,000 and 50,000 square meters, respectively, according to its website.
