(JW Insights) May 16 -- Chinese digital signal processor (DSP) startup Sitrus Technology (橙科微电子) raised Series C funding round, which was led by Xinchao Group, JW Insights reported. No exact amount of the funds is given and said to be in hundreds of millions of RMB.
Founded in 2017, Shanghai-based Sitrus Technology is a high-speed optical module DSP chip provider. Its founder used to be a SerDes developer of a world-leading semiconductor company, with rich experience in high-speed SerDes R&D, said Qichacha, provider of Chinese corporation data and due diligence platform.
Yunxiu Capital said Sitrus Technology owns 100% intellectual property rights of high-speed optical module DSP. Its products have passed the verification of multiple leading optical module manufacturers, with mass production and shipment.
