(JW Insights) Jun 29 -- Chinese AI chiplet startup Yuanli Semiconductor (原粒半导体) announced recently that it raised tens of millions of RMB in seed funding led by Innoangel Fund.

The funds will be used for team building and innovative technology research and development.

Founded in April 2023 in Beijing, Yuanli Semiconductor is an AI Chiplet supplier and provides flexible computing power support for multi-modal large-scale models with the world's leading AI processor and chiplet design technology.

It is reported that the company can provide high-efficiency, low-cost general-purpose AI Chiplet components and toolchains, allowing customers to flexibly and quickly configure AI chips of different specifications based on business needs. It supports multi-chip interconnection to expand computing power to meet requirements of ultra-large-scale multi-chip solutions.
