China’s electronic materials supplier SkyChem Technology makes debut on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, surging 64% on the first day

(JW Insights) Jul 10 -- SkyChem Technology(天承科技), a high-end special electronic materials manufacturer, has successfully been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s Sci-Tech Innovation Board on July 10, according to the Exchange announcement.

The company’s stock code is 688603, with an issue price of RMB55($7.6) per share. As of the morning of July 10, SkyChem has soared 64%, to RMB90.20 yuan($12.4), with a total market value of RMB5.244 billion($724 million).

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Suzhou, eastern China’s Jiangsu Province, SkyChem Technology primarily manufactures specialized electronic chemicals required for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

As a crucial electronic interconnection component for assembling electronic components and chip packaging, PCB has evolved from ordinary single/double-sided boards and multilayer boards to the high end such as high-frequency, high-speed, high-density interconnect, rigid-flex, carrier boards, semiconductor test boards, and load boards, driven by expanding application demands and manufacturing technology advancements.

Since its establishment, the company has accumulated high-quality customers through excellent product quality and efficient services. Key customers include well-known listed PCB companies such as Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing, Shennan Circuits Co, Founder Technology, and Kinwong, according to SkyChem Technology.
