(JW Insights) Oct 12 -- The 2024 Semiconductor Investment Annual Meeting & IC Industry Award Ceremony will be held in December 2023, JW Insights announced.

The event is sponsored by China Semiconductor Investment Alliance and organized by JW Insights - China's leading semiconductor and ICT consulting company.

The IC Industry Award is one of the most influential for China's semiconductor investment community. The application process for this year’s awards in 34 categories is officially open on October 10.

New categories are added to reflect the industry trend changes, especially in automotive electronics and chip categories. Major newly added awards include the Investment Institution of the Year Award for Specialized and Innovative Projects, Industry Investment Institution of the Year Award (New Energy), Industry Investment Institution of the Year Award (Artificial Intelligence), Top 30 IC Industry Parks of the Year Award and STAR Market IP Innovation Award.

The award selection process will be jointly conducted by over 100 member organizations of the China Semiconductor Investment Alliance and more than 500 CEOs from the semiconductor industry. The goal is to rigorously identify outstanding individuals, institutions, companies, and brands in the industry to set new benchmarks for the industry.

According to JW Insights’ announcement, this year’s investment annual meeting will analyze macroeconomic trends, focus on investment strategies, seek insights into semiconductor industry trends, and explore new opportunities with a global perspective.

The December 2023 event will the fourth edition of the Semiconductor Investment Annual Meeting & IC Industry Award Ceremony. It has earned its prestigious reputation within the industry.
